These terms apply to orders placed through the order form of this website. There is no online payment on this website: after you submit the order we contact you by email to confirm availability and to agree on the payment method.

By submitting the order form you declare that you are at least 18 years old.

Select the activities and quantities, then submit the order form with your contact details. Submitting the form is a request; the contract is created when we send you a written confirmation by email.

Prices are not displayed on this website. We send you a written price quote in euro (EUR) in response to your order request. Minimum and maximum group sizes indicated on an activity page apply.

Activities take place at the agreed date and time in Budapest, Hungary. Participants must follow the safety instructions given on site. We may refuse participation of anyone who is unable to follow safety instructions.

Complaints can be submitted at any time to info@stagkissbudapest.com. We answer written complaints within 30 days.
