In Hungary consumer protection matters are handled by the government offices of the capital and the counties as consumer protection authorities (fogyasztóvédelmi hatóság).

As we provide services and not physical products, the statutory rules on product warranty (termékszavatosság) and guarantee (jótállás) do not apply; the rules on implied warranty for services (kellékszavatosság) do.
