Cancellation Policy

Under EU and Hungarian consumer law the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date or for a specific period (Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) Section 29 (1) l)). Activities booked on this website are such services.

Cancellation and modification therefore follow the rules agreed in the written order confirmation.

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to info@stagkissbudapest.com, stating the order details.

If an activity cannot be delivered for reasons outside our control (weather, technical failure, illness), we offer an alternative date, an alternative activity, or a refund of the amount already paid for that activity.
